Position

Maria, with 20+ year of experience providing counsel on Administrative Law, Public Contracts, Anti-Corruption, is the Administrative Law Practice at EY.

She has a wealth of experience advising major public entities in relation to public tenders – as well as advising bodies such as the Italian Ministry of the Interior, the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and Italian Regions on the administration of European Union Funding. This is in addition to her work providing counsel on the reorganization process of the companies owned by Public Administrations.

Maria is particularly noted for her advice on legal matters relating to the management of integrated water services – especially when it comes to providing legal assistance on public tenders for the selection of private minority shareholders of mixed capital companies.

Career

Maria Cirillo, who joined the EY team in 2002, has always exclusively dedicated her practice to providing counsel on Administrative and Public Law matters.
