Position

EY Partner Antonella de Simone boasts 20+ years of experience providing counsel to clients on Italian Administrative Law and Public Procurement.

She also has a notable experience advising on EU funded projects and programmes and has worked with numerous Italian Ministries and regional authorities – including the Italian the Ministry of the Interior, the Piemonte Region, the Calabria Region, Marche Region and the Territorial Cohesion Agency.

Antonella is also well versed in providing strategic advice on reorganisation processes for the procurement departments of Italian Public Administrations, in particular in the field of logistics procurement and legal training.

She is a co-author of the publication Il contenzioso tra banche e Clienti ( Litigation between Banks and Clients) which was published by Wolters Kluwer Italia in 2017.

Career

Antonella joined the EY team 20+ years ago straight out of university. After years of dedication to her legal practice and her firm she became a Partner in 2022.
