Career

Thibault Guillemin is a recognised expert in ethics, compliance and business criminal law.

He advises major French companies and international groups on their anti-corruption, due diligence and economic sanctions issues.

Thibault helps his clients to implement their compliance programmes, strengthen their corporate governance and manage their internal investigations.

He is also involved in major cases involving companies and their directors, both at the investigation and prosecution stages.

Thibault is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (ADAP), the Cercle de la Compliance and the International Bar Association. He is a lecturer at Dauphine Executive Education and at Sciences Po Paris Law School.

Thibault has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 and joined Racine as a partner since 2023.
