Sylvain Bergès has recognized expertise in the areas of public law and energy law, both as a litigator and an advisor. He is regularly involved in project financing and M&A transactions concerning the renewable energies sector in particular. He has advised significant industrial groups on complex public law issues (public procurement, public property law, structuring of public participation in sectors open to competition, etc.) and during the development phase of renewable energy production projects.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 and is a Partner at Racine since 2017.
