Projects. With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Adina has been engaged in important M&A transactions as well as in energy and real estate projects. Her diverse legal background allows her to assist the client through all stages of a transaction: from the development of projects, day to day advice for operational companies, and preparing the business for sale or performing due diligence to negotiating the purchase agreement, coordinating the closing and integrating the operations of the resulting business. She has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry in Romania due to her position as Legal Director of a Romanian renewable energy association prior to joining Wolf Theiss.
