Rania Papakonstantinou is a partner and head of our employment & labour practice.
Rania has extensive experience in advising international and domestic clients on employment and labour matters. She regularly advises on work-force reductions, hiring and separation of executive employees, transfers of undertakings, employee benefits and collective redundancies. She also handles the employment aspects of various international business transactions, including corporate restructurings, privatizations, close-downs, and mergers and acquisitions. Rania is recognized by many international legal publications as a leading practitioner in her field in Greece.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2000 and joined our firm in 2001.
Rania is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
