Montenegro > Leading firms
BDK Advokati is well regarded for its strong offering in M&A, as well as handling large transactions in the banking and finance and energy sectors. The practice is co-headed by Serbia-based Dragoljub Cibulić and Luka Popović, who has an excellent reputation for acting for hospitality, energy and gambling sector entities in transactional matters. Bisera Andrijašević is proficient in competition law, and is equally adept at assisting healthcare clients with regulatory work.
Serbia > Competition
Routinely managing multi-jurisdictional filings in the Western Balkans, BDK Advokati AOD‘s four-member competition law team is particularly experienced in the agribusiness, food processing and life sciences sectors. The practice covers assessments of commercial contracts, commercial policies and business models, as well as competition compliance, infringement proceedings, notifications of concentration proceedings and applications for individual exemptions of restrictive agreements. The practice is co-led by the ‘very capable’ Tijana Kojović, who is notably active in the firm’s antitrust work; and Bisera Andrijašević in Montenegro, who focuses on life sciences-related competition issues.
