Career

Rigorous and organized, Laurence has more than 15 years of experience in managing the trademark, design and domain name portfolios of all our clients in France.
She is the head of the Trademark Department and manages clients’ portfolios efficiently according to their needs and constraints.

French and European Trademark and Design Attorney, Laurence is in charge of the preparation and follow-up of national and foreign trademark registration procedures, search analysis, opposition and appeal proceedings both national and EU trademark, before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as any consultation related to these matters.

Her practice in the area of intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark prosecution, design and trademark litigation and Internet domain name disputes, is recognized. Laurence is also involved in working with customs authorities with regard to seizures of counterfeit goods, in drafting intellectual property contracts, including license, assignment, technology transfer and coexistence agreements, and conducting intellectual property audits.

She advises both French SMEs and large French groups with international scope, operating in various sectors of activity.

Laurence began her carrier within a well-known French IP law firm in 2007, before joining CASALONGA in 2011.

Based in Montpellier since 2018, she contributed to the creation of our local office in this city, which she develops, in coordination with the Paris team.
