Katherine Moyse is a Managing Associate with over 13 years of experience supporting clients following catastrophic injuries. Katherine spent the first 10 years of her career representing victims of clinical negligence.  She was accredited as a member of the Law Society’s specialist Clinical Negligence Panel in 2014, at just 4 years PQE. This early appointment recognised her experience running complex and high value litigated cases.  Most of her experience was representing clients who had suffered brain and/or spinal cord injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries including amputations and significant psychiatric injuries.  She has transferred her skills, experience and expertise from this time to her personal injury practice, alongside her keen interest in these injury types.  She is focused on maximising outcomes through early access to rehabilitation and can quickly build strong relationships with clients and others, centred on trust and confidence.  She is a Trustee of Headway Bath and jointly leads the team’s relationship with The Limbless Association.
