Paul Sankey has vast experience in clinical negligence claims and has advised patients suffering negligent treatment by GPs, NHS trusts and private doctors. He has particular expertise in claims for adults with serious injuries including stroke, sepsis, haemorrhage, meningitis and raised intracranial pressure, in amputation claims and the delayed diagnosis of cancer.

He is recognised nationally as an expert on medical consent and expert witness work. He gives training to medical experts and has regularly spoken at local and national events, including Inspire Medi Law and Specialist Medical Info conferences, hospitals including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, British Society of Neuroradiologists and other national meetings of medical specialists. He regularly publishes articles on medical law.
