Inga Wömmel is a Counsel in Fieldfisher’s Hamburg office and advises as a specialist lawyer for Administrative Law in the area of Public Law.

A particular focus of her work is advising and representing companies in court in the area of Subsidy and EU State Aid Law.

She has many years of experience as a specialist lawyer for Administrative Law, with in-depth knowledge of Administrative and Procedural Law, Construction Planning and Building Regulations Law, Immission Control Law, and Environmental and Nature Conservation Law.

The focus of her nationwide work, in addition to representing companies in court, is on advising and representing them before authorities in application and objection preceedings.
