Career
Neil specialises in corporate finance, public and private company fundraisings and M&A.
With more than 30 years’ experience of equity capital markets work, Neil has acted on a significant number of domestic and international IPOs and other fundraisings on AIM, the Main Market and various European stock exchanges.
For many years, Neil was a member of the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Advisory Group. He has spoken regularly at influential industry meetings on IPOs and corporate governance and have been quoted in UK national and legal press discussing the structure, advantages and suggestions for reform of the UK capital markets.
Neil also has specific expertise in the healthcare and real estate sector, having acted on numerous corporate real estate transactions covering a range of asset classes with an emphasis on construction, care homes and the pub sector.
Neil is a highly effective project manager driving transactions forward whilst providing commercial and pragmatic advice.
