Tony leads the civil fraud team for Fieldfisher.
He is a seasoned litigator, with over 25 years’ experience and is a recognised expert in commercial fraud and asset tracing matters.
He focuses on issues arising from fraudulent conduct, including investigations, recovering assets, corruption, money laundering, and the interplay between civil and criminal proceedings.
Tony also has significant experience obtaining and enforcing freezing orders, search orders and other injunctions, both in the UK, and in support of proceedings worldwide.
He is often cited and quoted in the legal and national press on matters relating to fraud policy and legal practice, including on new innovations in client service in this field.

Promoted to partner in April 2024, Nathan Capone assists with multi-jurisdictional fraud disputes and investigations, along with the tracing and securing of assets.
