Tim leads the firm’s Tech M&A practice and his clients include regular acquirers as well as US and Japanese-listed clients such as Tokyo-listed Glory Group and NASDAQ-listed Wayside Technology Group, Inc.
Tim is known for advising corporates on VC transactions.
Recent transactions include Glory’s €200 million acquisition of 80% of Acrelec Group S.A.S. in France, Glory’s acquisition of 53% of Cash Payment Solutions GmbH in Germany, Wayside Technology Group, Inc.’s acquisition of CDF Group Limited in the UK for $17.4 million, and various acquisitions and minority investments for Accenture (confidential).
Tim has been a mentor at the Sport Tech Hub in London where he advises early stage sports tech ventures on raising funding.
