Tracey has over 20 years’ experience as a litigator and arbitration specialist working across a diverse range of sectors and jurisdictions.  In the last year Tracey has acted for clients in arbitrations across the energy sector (including oil and gas and fossil fuels) where proceedings involved injunctive relief, complex allegations of fraud and related proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.  She has also acted for clients in the banking sector for recovery of sums due under loans, in the enforcement of awards and in substantial investment treaty arbitrations under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. Tracey has a versatile practice and a wealth of experience.
