Career
Dr Christina Hackbarth is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Munich office and member of the practice group IP/IT/Media. Her area of expertise comprises all areas of intellectual property, copyright law and unfair competition law. She particularly advises her national and international clients on the areas media, music, entertainment, art and culture as well as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and hotels & leisure. One special focus of her activities is the enforcement of intellectual property rights before the specialised the courts in Germany. In addition, her expertise includes the maintenance and strategic development of national and international brand portfolios and legal guidance for the development, protection and defense of brands in Germany and abroad.
Dr Christina Hackbarth studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 1996. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2004 and became Partner in 2007.
