Elena has nearly 10 years’ experience in Immigration Law. She built up her expertise at a specialist immigration firm and more recently at a multi-family office. She has particular experience in providing strategic immigration advice to high net worth individuals, professionals and family offices in respect of relocation to the UK. This includes personal immigration matters as well as family and staff migration.
Elena also has vast expertise in complex immigration matters, including political asylum claims and immigration appeals. She has acted for clients before the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, in Judicial Review applications and in applications to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. She advises clients from a broad range of jurisdictions, including Russia & the CIS regions, the Middle East, Far East and the USA.
