Alyson has significant experience working with international and high net worth clients on complex financial disputes including those involving jurisdictional issues. She advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, the negotiation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and matters involving children. She is dual qualified in California.
Memberships
Alyson gained her certificate in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers and other professionals who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. Alyson volunteers with the Mary Ward Legal Centre providing free, independent advice to London residents to help them access their legal rights and entitlements.
