Position
Sian’s practice covers the full range of property disputes across both residential and commercial property interests, acting for property owners, investors, developers and occupiers.
In relation to commercial property Sian advises on a range of landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals and breaches of obligation such as dilapidations.
Her residential practice includes advising on contractual and real property rights and obligations, easements, covenants, neighbourly and boundary matters and a range of landlord and tenant disputes including possession claims, service charge issues and disrepair.
Sian looks to explore the various options available to clients outside of formal litigation, in particular to explore settlement through alternative dispute resolution.
Sian qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
