Roman Baechler specializes in domestic and international commercial litigation. He represents clients in a broad range of matters, including complex contract, financial services, post-M&A, corporate, antitrust and intellectual property litigation. He has extensive experience in obtaining interim relief, tracing and freezing assets and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards. He supports clients in international judicial assistance proceedings and provides strategic advice in the pre-litigation phase.
