With over 20 years’ experience in corporate law,  Debbie specialises in business and company acquisitions and sales,  complex restructures of groups of companies, investments,  joint ventures and mergers.

Debbie works  closely with financial advisors, firms of accountants and business advisors across the region, providing all aspects of corporate advice and support to a wide range of businesses.

Debbie was awarded the Lancashire Dealmaker Personality of the Year 2008 at the North West Business Insider Magazine Dealmaker of the Year Awards. Debbie was also named ‘Best Legal Adviser of the Year’ in 2015 at the Downtown Women in Business Awards , also being shortlisted in 2016 and 2017.
