Nicolas co-heads AKD’s corporate department in Luxembourg. He practices in the area of corporate law, focusing on private equity, M&A, joint venture structures, cross-border reorganizations, participations plans and general counseling on corporate law matters.
Nicolas represents private equity houses, institutional investors and large corporations in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive deal experience across many industry sectors, with a particular focus on the real estate and private equity sectors. He is appreciated by his clients for his pro-active approach and practical advice.
