Ivo Vreman is a tax consultant and partner at AKD who specialises in international tax law. His practice has a broad focus and he advises on matters such as international restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, setting up joint ventures and due diligence processes.

Ivo also advises on the tax implications of standard inter-company transactions, particularly in the field of transfer pricing and the related documentation requirements. Ivo’s clients, of which many come from Asia, North America and Europe, are active in various sectors such as private equity, chemicals, high-tech, entertainment and cosmetics.

Ivo combines his previous operational experience in an international corporate environment with his tax consultancy experience and that gives him swift and thorough insight into international business processes and adds considerable value to the advice he provides on our clients’ everyday activities and their strategic business decisions. Clients appreciate Ivo’s clear communication, numerical insight and direct way of working approach, whereby he translates professional challenges into practical and targeted solutions.
