Anton is a Senior Tax Advisor at AKD. He mainly assists international corporate clients with various aspects of cross-border structuring, reorganizations, M&A, joint ventures, financing, asset protection, mutual agreement procedures and discussions with the authorities.
Among his clients are multinationals in the logistics, pharmaceutical and security sectors, private equity and (real estate) investment funds. He has a strong focus on the French market as well as the Russian/CIS market.
Anton has been seconded to Paris during 2017-2019.
