Position

Mark is a Partner in William Fry’s Corporate Department. His practice consists primarily of transactional corporate engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments (acting both for investors and for companies raising funding), and corporate restructurings. He also has experience in private equity fund establishment, equity capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law advisory work.

Memberships

Mark is a regular speaker on corporate and company law matters at the Law Society of Ireland’s training courses. He is also an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
