Chris has over 30 years experience in dealing with a wide variety of commercial property matters. Clients value his hands on approach and Chris always strives to be a member of the clients’ team, providing strategic advice on the structure of projects and using his experience to anticipate and navigate potential problems before they affect the progress of the matter.
Chris has particular experience in acting for property developers, and has handled both town centre and out of town retail schemes, office and mixed use schemes, and industrial parks. Chris also provides advice to landowners entering into Promotion Agreements with house builders.
Chris works alongside tax advisers in connection with the incorporation of residential letting portfolio businesses.
