Andrea Iovieno is an expert in Corporate and Commercial and in Equity and Debt Capital Markets. He has gained significant experience in stock exchange listing transactions (both on the regulated market and on MTFs), capital increases, issuances of debt instruments, including convertible ones, assisting issuers and merchant banks in the above-mentioned transactions.
He also assists in the conducting of takeover and exchange offers, assisting both bidders and boards of directors in structuring transactions, drafting documentation and managing relations with supervisory authorities.
Mr. Iovieno also assists listed issuers in corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
In 2012, he worked with HSBC – Milan Branch as a legal advisor in the banking and capital markets department.
