Equity Partner.Daniele Tani has an extensive experience in the areas of corporate, M&A, commercial law and litigation. He has provided legal advice in a number of national and transnational transactions, as well as represented his clients in various kinds of judicial and arbitration proceedings.

His ten-years’ experience as in-house counsel is highly appreciated by the clients as it offers the possibility to couple a straight managerial approach to legal skills.

Career

Prior to joining Nctm Mr. Tani worked for a U.S.A. based leading law firm. Mr. Tani has assisted for many years, on institutional basis, several multinational companies having activities in Italy, among which Kone (listed at Helsinki stock exchange, active in the elevators market), being also a member of boards of directors of the Italian subsidiaries of Kone.
