Equity Partner. Alberto Massimo Rossi practices law in Milan, Genoa and in the main ports of Italy. He is responsible for the shipping team. He practices marine, port and land transport law, trade, competition and custom law. He has an extensive litigation experience before the Italian Courts, in international arbitrations and before the EU Commission and Courts in Luxembourg. His clients include shipping companies, port terminal operators, traders, land transport operators, P&I and marine insurance companies.
