Equity Partner.  Mario Giambò has extensive experience in advising international clients on cross border M&A and corporate finance transactions. He regularly advises private equity funds and multinational companies investing in Italy in a broad range of industries, including infrastructures and real estate. He also advises, on an on going basis, private equity funds and multinational companies in relation to corporate governance, compliance and contractual matters.

Mario is Equity Partner of Nctm since 2017.
