Equity Partner. Simone De Carli joined Nctm in 2002 and since then has focused on advising both industrial clients and domestic and international PE clients on extraordinary transactions. He has developed extensive expertise in all technical and commercial aspects of mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He also advises on renewable energy transactions and power plant development.
