Position

Equity Partner. Roberta Russo provides legal advisory services in connection with day-to-day personnel management, extraordinary corporate transactions, business restructuring and reorganisation processes and bankruptcy procedures. She has considerable expertise in providing labour- and union-related assistance to both Italian and multinational (listed or unlisted) companies, assisting in litigation and advising on an on-going basis in various areas, supporting clients with problems associated to individual and collective dismissals and the relevant procedures, split-ups, including at an international level, contracts (including agency and outsourcing agreements), change of duties, agreements for harmonisation and incentive plans, including in regulated contexts (MBOs, LTIs, stock option plans, etc.). Speaker at numerous meetings and workshops on labour-law topics, organised also in cooperation with G.I.D.P..
