Position

Equity Partner. Lorena Possagno specialises in M&A and corporate law and has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, this including in relation to corporate governance and contracts. Lorena was involved in various domestic and cross-border M&A, JV and corporate transactions, and, in general, advises on corporate related issues. She has been advising domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, such as for the Fresenius Group and other multinational companies.
