Equity Partner. Pietro Zanoni’s practice focuses on M&A and private equity, and he has extensive experience in all matters of corporate and commercial law, especially in the pharmaceutical, medical, food and fashion industries. Pietro Zanoni obtained a Laurea in Giurisprudenza (J.D. equivalent) with honours from the University of Milan in 2000, and a Diplôme de Droit Comparé from the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé at the Université Robert Schuman of Strasbourg in 1999. He also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004.
