Career

Ida joined Deloitte Legal in July 2018 as a partner and head of the IP and Technology Practice. After working as in-house counsel in the luxury department of Valentino S.p.A., she gained an extensive experience in assisting clients with intellectual property and tech-related matters, both non-contentious and contentious.

She is actively involved with the Italian Fashion Council (Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana) and seats in a number of working groups set by the Italian Fashion Council on IP/IT cutting edge matters. Ida has a significant expertise in the IP aspects related to M&A deals in the fashion sector and is ranked by Chambers and Best Lawyers among the top Italian IP lawyers.

Ida has been recognized for several years now as a leading individual at international level in the field of fashion law (also ranked in Legal 500).

Among the most relevant projects, in 2019, Ida coordinated the influencer marketing guidelines for the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, which were published this past November.

Ida is a professor (professore a contratto) in Fashion Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.

Education

She graduated from the University La Sapienza of Rome with a thesis in international law and is enrolled in the Italian Bar Association since 2001.
