Career

Emanuela joined Deloitte Legal in 2021 after 20 years of experience in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity department of CBA, where she assisted domestic and international private equity funds and financial institutions, as well as companies operating in different sectors, in several extraordinary transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers and demergers, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, bond issues, etc.). She is also involved in participatory financial instruments, acquisitions of NPL portfolios and management incentive plans.

Education

Emanuela graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II and she is a member of the Milan Bar.

She also attended (i) a master’s degree in “Diritto d’Impresa” (Business Law) obtaining the relative diploma in 2004 at the Business School of “Il Sole 24 Ore” in Milan; and (ii) a master’s degree entitled “L’Impresa tra diritto ed economia: temi e problemi” (Business between law and economics: issues and problems) at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
