Position

Partner. Mr Henrik Hagberg has broad experience from working with both contentious and non-contentious matters within the entire shipping and offshore industry, inter alia in connection with shipbuilding and offshore construction, sale & purchase and financing of vessels and rigs, including project finance, emergency response and casualty investigation and marine and energy insurance related matters, including insurance cover disputes. Mr Hagberg also has experience from the Norwegian oil and gas industry, in particular with respect to the Norwegian gas export industry.
