Partner. Mr Ervin Auren works primarly with mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions, including IPOs, and he assists Norwegian and international clients. Ervin has long experience within M&A and capital markets transactions. He has been lead counsel on several large and complex national and international transactions, and has a special focus on the real estate and renewable energy markets. He is continuously ranked as a leading Norwegian lawyer within M&A by international rating agencies. Mr Auren is the head of Thommessen’s transaction department.
