Position

Managing Partner. Mr Sverre Tyrhaug has advised on a number of share issues, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. Prior to being appointed as Managing Partner, he was the head of Thommessen’s capital markets group. He is recognised as a leading capital markets lawyer in reputable international rankings. He also has significant experience within M&A, with a particular focus on public M&A. Mr Tyrhaug has been Managing Partner of Thommessen since 2013.
