Position

Rogier acts as counsel to financial institutions in connection with a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters. In addition, he represents listed companies, financial institutions and institutional investors on the negotiation, documentation and settlement of securities transactions and investment management mandates. He also represents financial institutions in connection with internal or external investigations, or enforcement action taken by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) or the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank).
