Position
Job co-heads the restructuring practice of Stibbe’s Amsterdam office. He acts on cross-border financial restructuring, including through English schemes of arrangements, and distressed transactions for a range of high profile borrowers and lenders.
Job also represents clients in litigation relating to bankruptcy or insolvency and he is regularly appointed by the court as an administrator and bankruptcy trustee. In each case, he works closely with his clients guiding them through any complexities.
