He also has several years of experience as an advisor for public sector clients, primarily in relation to complex procurements. Anders has extensive knowledge on assessing competition law related issues, particularly in the fields of technology, media, health, industry and finance.

He is experienced in dealing with EU law and frequently provides advice on commercial contracts. Anders has published various publications and frequently gives lectures on public procurement and competition law. Anders is the author of commentaries on the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Regulation and lectures on public procurements at the University of Bergen.
