Silje Grimseth Ullebust is a specialist within public procurement and has extensive experience with both consultancy and dispute resolution in this field. Her background also includes contract law and construction law, and she has wide knowledge with a number of forms of contract.
Silje assists both public and private clients in the practical handling of the procurement regulations in all phases of the process – from the planning stage to the implementation of competition and entering into contract. This applies to the entering into all forms of contract, such as procurement of goods, services as well as various building and construction contracts including licensing contracts. She also has wide experience in handling appeal processes (including appeals to the Public Procurement Appeals Board), as well as dispute resolution and legal proceedings concerning public procurement.
