Pascal Hubli is Schellenberg Wittmer’s current Managing Partner and Partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on national and cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, public takeover law, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions as well as general corporate, contract and stock exchange law.

• Counsel to GP Investments, Ltd. on the Public Takeover of SIX listed Spice Private Equity Ltd
• Counsel to Asker Healthcare Group on its acquisition of Aichele Medico AG, a Swiss distributor of medical supplies
• Counsel to Avaloq Group on its sale of Avaloq Outline AG to Swiss Post Solutions AG
• Counsel to Julius Baer Group Ltd on the acquisition of an 83% stake in Kuoni Mueller und Partner Holding AG
• Counsel to EFG International AG on its acquisition of the Swiss bank BSI SA from Banco BTG Pactual S.A.
