Position

Danielle Hostettler is a Counsel in our Taxation Group in Geneva. Danielle’s practice involves all aspects of Swiss and international tax law for both private and institutional clients.

Experience

  • Advising clients on executive compensation, national and international tax planning, stock options plans taxation and valuation of company’s shares, as well as lump sum taxation
  • Providing tax advice to private clients becoming Swiss residents
  • Advising on tax compliance issues for employees of a large US-based multinational setting up a subsidiary in Switzerland
  • Negotiating with the Swiss Tax Authorities on taxation of benefits deriving from shares and stock options plans
