Position

Roland Wild is a Partner in our Taxation Group in Zurich. He has experience in all aspects of tax law, particularly in corporate tax law, and provides both advisory and forensic services. He specialises in advising clients in the financial industry, in particular banks, asset managers and insurance companies, on financing and tax planning. Roland also advises on tax matters during the due diligence, structuring and integration phases of M&A and real estate transactions. In addition, Roland regularly lectures on tax-related topics and is the author of various professional articles and commentaries on tax matters.
