Nils is a senior partner with our Advisory Department specialising in Energy, Offshore and Shipping. Focusing on M&A/ corporate work, Nils has been advising on a multitude of cross-border deals and various other corporate matters. In addition, Nils is an experienced drafter and negotiator of various industry-related contracts in all shapes and forms.

In Schjødt Nils is heading up the group working to update our management and QA systems.
