Working on its own as well as frequently in a cross-office (in harness with its other Benelux offices) and multi-disciplinary fashion, the small core funds team at NautaDutilh advises UK, US and EU-based managers across a range of legal and regulatory matters related to Luxembourg-based funds. Team head Géraldine Léonard is active across both the retail and alternative investment funds space, and as well as advising on fund structuring matters also has niche expertise on restructuring and branchification operations.
