Career
Ken Lioen heads up the Tax department. He has an in-depth experience in cross-border transactions and international tax structuring. Ken also regularly assists clients in applying for a tax ruling, setting up a management equity plan, group reorganizations and (re)financing.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Ken worked in the Brussels, Antwerp and New York offices of a Big 4 consultancy firm in the transactions and international tax department where he worked for among others multinational companies and private equity firms.

Education
He obtained his law degree (cum laude) at the University of Leuven (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) in 2007. Furthermore, in 2008 he obtained a post master in tax law at the Fiscale Hogeschool Brussels and in 2010 a post master in corporate law at the University of Brussels.
