Position

Represents major corporations and multinationals in tax restructuring operations dealing with different types of taxes, both domestically and in an international context, as well as with family offices, inheritance planning and HNWI.
He has been involved in tax litigation for several decades, with a very impressive experience, where he has acted essentially as a lawyer, but also as an arbitrator with the scope of the Tax Arbitration Centre (CAAD).
Francisco was a member of several Committees of experts in charge of drafting tax legislation.
He was also a Visiting Professor of International Tax Law at Nova University of Lisbon (2000-2013) and has been teaching a postgraduate course on taxation at Universidade Católica Portuguesa for many years.
